After more than a decade in private practice specializing in trauma recovery, Teagan began to notice a clear and consistent pattern—clients were feeling more overwhelmed, burnt out, and dysregulated than ever before. But why?Â
In today’s digital landscape, stress has become chronic. While constant digital access has improved daily life in many ways, it has also introduced an unsustainable mental load. Our nervous systems were not designed to handle continuous input, rapid context-switching, and constant demands for attention without rest and recovery.
As a result, many people are living in a state of ongoing mental, physiological and emotional overload—seeking clarity, calm, and direction, yet feeling too overstimulated by information and pressure to know which steps to take towards wellness.
The Be Well Method was created as a response to this modern dilemma.
